Greg Flores has worked in higher education for eighteen years and has been a career counselor for the last twelve. He was a a past-president of OCDA. He is the Associate Director of Career Services at Portland State University and his work (and hobby) is looking at the changing world of work and the skills and mindset students need to successfully navigate it. His current interests are in the drive for meaningful work, service science, expanding career pathways and pipelines, and universal basic income. Greg holds a BA in Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz and a MS in Counselor Education from Portland State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, building computers and he is great at trivia.
